VANDROVE is the consumer-facing automotive brand operated by SAFA LLC. References to “VANDROVE,” “we,” “us” or “our” in these terms refer to SAFA LLC when acting through the VANDROVE brand.

You may use VANDROVE only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the website under the supervision and authorization of a parent, guardian or other person legally permitted to act for you.

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the website and any products you purchase.

If you create a VANDROVE account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity results from circumstances for which applicable law makes VANDROVE responsible.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, abusive, deceptive, obscene, malicious or unrelated to the relevant product or service.

By submitting content for publication on VANDROVE, you grant SAFA LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format and use that content in connection with operating, promoting and improving VANDROVE, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and grant the permissions described above.

We may moderate, decline, remove or restrict user content where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, relevance, platform-integrity or policy reasons.

The VANDROVE name, branding, website design, graphics, original text, software, page layouts and other proprietary materials are owned by SAFA LLC or used under applicable rights and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Third-party brand names, product names, trademarks, logos and product materials belong to their respective owners.

Nothing on the website grants you ownership of VANDROVE intellectual property or permission to use our branding beyond normal personal use of the website unless we give written authorization.

To the extent liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to VANDROVE for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits limitation or exclusion of liability, including for rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these terms or infringement of another party's rights.

VANDROVE is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, carrier failures, labor disputes, natural disasters, utility outages, cyber incidents, governmental actions, supply interruptions or similar events, subject to applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, material violation of these terms or other legitimate operational reasons.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual-property, liability and dispute-related provisions.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SAFA LLC and the transaction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply based on your location.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact VANDROVE so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms in a way that would materially affect VANDROVE without our consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, asset sale or similar business transaction.

These Terms & Conditions, together with policies and additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of VANDROVE.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our website, products, operations or legal obligations.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, additional notice may be provided.

Terms in effect when you place an order generally govern that transaction unless a later change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
